Disintegration
Got up without them--moved on
Over there--other pieces--abandoned
Too warped to fit--back into place
Holes dot my soul--like a sieve
It gets in--runs through me
No filters--no barriers left
Riddling bones--breath--my brain.

Sometimes we lose control and feel ourselves falling into a chasm or coming apart. It is important to pay attention to our personal feelings and how they affect us and those we love. Some people get counseling, some take medicine, and some are fortunate enough to handle the stress of life through meditation and relaxation, while others need all of these remedies working together. Take care of you, or you can't take care of anything, or anyone else. DisintegrationI--left pieces on the floor Got up without them--moved on Over there--other pieces--abandoned Too warped to fit--back into place Holes dot my soul--like a sieve It gets in--runs through me No filters--no barriers left Riddling bones--breath--my brain.
